For the benefit of current and prospective Overseas Filipino Workers, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) launched a one-stop shop where government services concerning OFWs are made more accessible.
Dubbed OSSCO or "One-Stop Service Center for OFWs", the center is located at the ground floor of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration office along Ortigas Avenue. Regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III said OSSCO seeks to reduce transportation expenses of OFWs and shorten the processing time of their documents.
